Save Those Shopping Carts!

Darwin magazine this week concludes Darryl Gehly's three-part series on reducing shopping cart abandonment. Written at a fairly high level (Darwin's tagline is "Information for Executives"), "Closing the Deal Online," "Shopping Cart Blues" and "Thinking Outside the Channel" are noteworthy for their repeated emphasis on understand the end user. You might want to strategically leave copies in your boss' inbox.
