UX as Quality

Yeah, I'm supposed to be on vacation, but I just spotted this outstanding post where Peter Merholz discusses UX as a quality rather than a discipline. It's must reading. I added a quick comment there in lieu of a full response here at UXCentric. I hope to get back to this in a couple of weeks.
