Me, the User Advocate

Besides writing here, I'm delighted to be the "User Advocate" for Kelly Goto's excellent quarterly newsletter, the gotoreport. With her lectures, book and those many PDFs, Kelly has done tremendous service to the cause of UXCentricity. I'm proud to be part of her newsletter.

I've done two columns thus far: Everything I Know About User Experience I Learned While Scooping Ice Cream and The Usable Consultant. They'll reveal a bit more about my UXCentric focus. And while you're there, don't miss the other terrific articles.
