David Weinberger just posted the introduction to his article for Release 1.0 on taxonomies and tags—and it's must reading if you have any interest at all in the topic. As always, David's writing communicates rich ideas in beautifully clear language. Sadly, it's $80 for the complete article and issue. Some of us will have to wait for David's book on the subject.
